SHIPPING AND SUPPLY
Orders over $1000 we pay freight. All
COD orders will have an additional $10 handling fee. Due to seasonal market changes and new ad campaigns we do
recommend that you place orders three weeks in advance of your need by date in case
we get behind in manufacturing. We rarely do get behind but with as
popular as this product is and as unstable the domestic aluminum market
is on supply it is possible.
DROP SHIPPING
We will drop ship “brown bag” to your
customers so they don’t know who we are but any drop shipments under
$300 there will be an additional $10 handling fee. All COD orders will
have an additional $10 handling fee. All orders under $500 dollars must
be prepaid. To insure prompt shipments we ask that internet sellers
please keep your prices at or above suggested list price.
PAYMENT
Each dealer that is accepted on credit
terms
will be required to make payment in full within 30 days of the invoice
date and will be held to the terms and conditions on our credit
application. All first orders from any dealer
are to be prepaid. Also all orders under $500 dollars must be prepaid.
We accept all major credit cards, business checks, or money orders. We
will also accept Pay-Pal for a 5% fee and only on orders under $1000. We
will ship COD to anyone wanting it. COD orders will have an additional
$10 handling fee. Any other payment requests will have to be approved by
Pro Distributing Management prior to product shipment.
PRICING, MINIMUMS AND DISCOUNTS
We have no minimum orders or required buy in
but we do recommend that all new "brick and mortar" dealers purchase a dealer startup kit
which consists of three hitches (2” non-adjustable locking, 6”
non-adjustable locking, and 6” adjustable locking), two coupler locks
and a free display. The products on the dealer startup kit are all keyed
alike so that your customers can handle all the product with just one

DIVERSI-TECH BUY BACK POLICY
Any
Diversi-Tech Hitch products that you cannot sell within one year that is
unused and in the original packaging
we will buy back. We do this to show our commitment to making your
operation profitable and to allow you to carry only the products that
your individual customer base buys. We know how well this product sales,
and know that if you have the right customer base and display the
material properly you will be able to sell it very well. All returns
must be accompanied with a RGA number.
ADVERTISING
We have launched a major national ad
campaign with Primedia magazines that direct customers to our website. We anticipate quite a
large volume of hits on our website. With the exception of trade shows
that we cannot find a dealer willing to go to,
WE
DO NOT SELL TO THE END USER, only retail outlets .
Therefore we have a retailer locator being built on our website right
now and will put your information on it if you request. Simply
contact your sales representative and give us your requested contact
info. It is our goal to direct as much business as possible to our retailers. Also if you desire to show this product at trade
shows call a sales manager and we will do what we can to get you flyers, sales
materials, etc. We are always open to new marketing ideas from our
customers. Pro Distributing offers customized flyers, magazine ads, and
web design/SEO to our customers for a reasonable fee.

LIST PRICE AND TERRITORIES
We strongly recommend
you keep your prices at or above retail to help keep the market strong
especially if you sell nationally (some are getting as much as 20% above
retail depending on their customer base and the market they sell in). We are being very
careful to research each market area and make sure our dealers do not
have to compete with each other for the end user as this is not good
for yours or our long term business. We do not give exclusive territories.

WARRANTY
All products
that we carry have some sort of manufacturers warranty (look on the page
showing that item for what it is). We will be glad to handle all
warranty claims direct so you don't have to waste your time. Just give
our contact info to your customer or their info to us and we will take
care of it. Or you may handle them if you want, we honor the
manufacturers warranty on all items we carry.
